HDYO is forming it's first Young Adult Advisory Council (AC) starting in early 2019. The council will be made up of 8 young adults from the Huntington's Disease community around the globe.
The council will be responsible for providing feedback on HDYO's projects and initiative, making sure that the projects align to the needs of young people.
This is a volunteer role and will require 2-3 hours per month and a 1 year commitment. We are looking for young people motivated to get involved and willing to provide constructive feedback.
We are also hoping to find candidates inquisitively interested in how HDYO runs as an organization. The council is a perfect stepping stone to young people that may want to one day join HDYO's board of directors.
